1. Executive / Senior Executive (Membership Services)

Key Job Duties:

  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date membership database, with a primary focus on membership renewals and profile updates.
  • Handle membership inquiries.
  • Support the processing of new admission applications and subscription billing.
  • Collaborate closely with committees to plan and execute events.
  • Provide detailed management reports on membership and event-related activities, including reporting event-related updates on social media platforms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a relevant diploma or degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in organizing events, including online events, is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with video editing software.
  • Experience managing social media.
  • Able to engage and support a diverse membership; strong Chinese and English communication skills are required.
  • Meticulous, with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
